Discord unintended features

1. Stream showing at bottom bar but not in channel
2. Watching somebody stream their Discord restarting
3. Sometimes it says, when you click to mute, that you are muted, but you aren't actually muted
4. Sometimes in the call it'll just show RTC disconnected but streams will still work and voice stops working
